Prima Traveling Girl
by Julie Nutting
 Favor Boxes

I just love these bright and colorful papers
in the Julie Nutting Traveling Girl collection,
love the patterns too. I created these simple
yet lovely favor boxes with this stunning
collection. I adorned the boxes with some
die-cut elements, fussy cut pictures from
the collection and beautiful Golden Coast flowers.

Herewith the step by step instructions
you may use to recreate such a project:

Cut a small box from the collection sheets using a box cutting die (or you can find a template on Pinterest here).  Add red double sided tape to the tabs as seen in the picture. Tip: I prefer using the red tape for my boxes to adhere, because it is easy to assemble and thus will prevent your project from falling apart.

Cut a few die-cut and fussy-cut elements to layer
and form an embellishment cluster for your box.

Cut a few strings and make loops to form a bow,
adhere the loops with a glue gun. Tip: It will
look messy, but no need to worry to much
as you will cover it up with a flower.

Adhere all the pieces together to form your
embellishment cluster, stick it onto the box.
Add some sequins to give it that extra bling.
