Graphic 45
Catch of the Day
Whale Lighthouse

Hello dear G45ers!
Welcome to the Whale Lighthouse featuring the
fabulous Graphic 45 Catch of the Day collection
and some elements from the older Children's
 Hour collection.

I used my Silhouette to create this project.

Cut a lighthouse from the pattern sheets.
Adhere the tabs with red double sided tape
and assemble accordingly.

Cut a pair of flip flops from the pattern
sheets and assemble accordingly.
Tip: Cut an offset pair (blue pieces) to matt
the red pieces on top. This will hide the straps
of the flip flops when assembling.

Fussy-cut some elements from the
 two collections.

Apply clear gesso to the wooden whale décor.
Next dry brush with blue paint. Dry brush
the side with white gesso or white paint.

Create your own 'water' or the 'sea' with a
glue gun. Once dry, paint with blue paint.

Next add little fussy cut elements, art stones and
seashells to the 'sea' piece. Then apply some
glossy accents on top. Add some sand texture
paste along the sides.

Add chipboard elements to the flip flops.

Add a tag, chipboard embellishment and
metal piece to some string.

Fill the little boat with fussy-cut elements,
seashells and metal embellishment.

Tuck in some chipboard seaweed behind the house.

Add some string to the title.
