Graphic 45 2018
Brand Ambassador Audition

Hello! My name is Tanya Cloete aka Tanya Scrapbooking.
What an awesome opportunity to be able to submit my
application to stand a chance at being on this fabulous Design Team!
Becoming part of the Graphic 45 Family would be a dream
come true and a great honour!

I enjoy creating all types of projects from simple to
mixed media layouts from cards and mini albums to canvasses but
my most favorite is creating off the page projects especially with Graphic 45 papers!

My FIRST Project is an Off the Page...A Fairy House using the
stunning Fairie Dust CollectionI really enjoyed making this piece and seeing
how it all came together with the
fussy cutting of elements and adding of die cuts and flowers.

I made this project with the help
of my Silhouette.

using the lace heart punch.

My SECOND Project is another Off the Page...a set of 2 Mini Printers
Trays created with the stunning Portrait of a Lady Collection.

I used the Prima Embellishment boxes and removed the
inner wooden piece to give some extra space.
I can never seem to find such small printers
trays and this came in quite handy...What a lovely way to up cycle!
(Pardon the photo being a bit blurry)

I then painted the trays with chalk paint each with a
different colour (Andrew and Cornelias Green) and
then dry brushed both with Albert Umber. Don't worry about painting
(except cover a little on the sides)
the inside as that will be covered with the pattern paper.

Each tray measures 7cm by 30cm and so
I proceeded to cut the sheets the same size.

The 2 side frames inside measure 7cm each and the middle frame
measures 15cm. I trimmed each piece to 6.5cm (side frames)
and the middle frame to 14.5cm to fit leaving a small border.

After adhering the sheets into the frames
I added the metal handles to each.

I then fussy cut some elements from the
sheets in the Collection.

I then inked the edges with distress ink and matted the
picture frames onto pink and brown cardstock.

I embossed the wooden words (With Love) and the
heart shapes with Lindy's Stamp Gang Embossing
Powders and removed the heart shapes from their frames.

I then cut some leaves using one of the
sheets from the collection and
the Creative Expression Olive Branch Die.

I added adhesive foam to the fussy
cut elements to give it some
dimension when adhered to the frames of the tray.

I arranged all the flowers, metal embellishments, string and pearls as to
my liking and adhered using my glue gun.
