Graphic 45
Botanical Tea
Paper Cake Centrepiece
'Beautiful'

Hello dear G45ers!
Sharing an OTP, a Paper Cake Centerpiece with
Teapot Topper...what would a cake be without a topper right?
created with the gorgeous Botanical Tea DCE
Just love the pinks, greens and blues in this collection!

How pretty wouldn't this piece look in the centre of a table
of a party such as a High Tea?!
Tip : Adhere bows on lid only...being able
to open up the boxes. You can hide a little
surprise/treasure on the inside.

I made this project with the help of my Silhouette!

Lindy's Embossing Powder Purely White
Lindy's Embossing Powder Chateau Rose

Cut 2 circle boxes, a teacup with saucer
and teapot using the Silhouette and Botanical Tea
collection sheets. Assemble accordingly.
Tip : Use red double side
tape to adhere boxes.
This makes assembly easy and will
prevent the box from falling apart.

Cut a few bows using the Spellbinders die.
Tip : Curl the two bow strips forming a
curve using the back of pencil or
 similar object. This makes
folding the end pieces
together a little easier.
Fasten with a brad.

Emboss the chipboard pieces with
embossing powders.

Make 2 cluster embellishments using
the die cut hearts, butterflies, leaves
shapes, string, birds and flowers.
Adhere to the boxes with pins.

Add rhinestones to the centre of each butterfly
die cut. Add door knob to lid of tea pot.

Mat the stickers from the collection sticker sheet
onto cardstock. Fussy cut and add an eyelet
and ball chain. Hang from tea cup handle.

Fussy cut some butterfly and bird
elements from the collection.
Tip : Curl the elements a little
using the back of pencil or
 similar object to give some
dimension.

Add die cut border shapes to the bottom sections
of the boxes to give it that finishing touch.

Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Papercrafting!
